We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, and we currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier and method to ensure that your coffee arrives fresh and quickly. We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
For orders inside the contiguous US that are $50 or more, we offer free shipping. If your order is below $50, actual shipping rates will apply.
Please note that to qualify for free shipping, the delivery location must be inside the contiguous US and the order total must be $50 or more, including any discounts or promotions.
For orders shipped outside the contiguous US, actual shipping rates will be charged.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email or you can click on your account in the upper right corner of our home page. Enter your account information to view your Order History. You can also track your shipped order by entering the supplied UPS tracking number at www.ups.com.
In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.
You are unable to change or edit an order once the order has been successfully placed. Please email us at info@expressoulcoffee.com right away so we can assist.

If for any reason you don't love your coffee, simply reach out to us at info@expressoulcoffee.com, and we will make sure that your issue is resolved in a timely manner.
