At Expreessoul Coffee, we want you to have complete peace of mind with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return if needed.
To initiate a return, simply ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, reach out to info@expressoulcoffee.com Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without prior return authorization.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items right away. If you come across any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate returns whenever possible, there are a few exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are ineligible for return. If you have any concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you're looking to exchange an item, the quickest way to get the product you want is to go through the return process and place a separate order for the new item. This ensures a seamless experience for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
